Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-step program. Volunteers will help to create a safe and confidential environment where attendees can feel loved and welcomed.

Before and after services, Coffeehouse volunteers extend warm hospitality to Cottonwood guests and congregants by providing freshly brewed coffee and assorted beverages with a smile.

When you volunteer in the Cottonwood Bookstore, you will help assist customers in store, produce CDs and DVDs of service messages (on weekdays), stock shelves, and merchandise the store.

Through hospitality, volunteers for en español serve by assisting our Spanish-speaking congregation throughout our Saturday night and Wednesday night services.

Culinary Team volunteers extend hospitality to our staff and volunteers on Sunday Mornings. With a warm smile, we prepare and serve food, and perform light clean up.

Based on patients’ needs, First Aid volunteers may provides basic life support (basic first aid, CPR, implementation of an AED) to church attendees. Requirements: Valid CPR/ First Aid/ AED certification card.

Volunteers sort, pack, and help distribute food at our mobile pantry; or dust, clean, hang up clothes, and assist customers at our thrift store. The store helps raises funds for our food distribution.

The Helps ministry puts the gospel in “work clothes.” Every month, Helps Ministry volunteers go help the elderly, widows, and single moms, with chores, repairs, and other practical needs.

Help stir, encourage, and prompt to action the community of Young Adults at Cottonwood through conversations, small groups, and off-site events throughout the year.

Volunteers interpret and translate messages from English to Spanish, or from English to ASL (American Sign Language) during specific services.

A Kindred volunteer is a part of a close-knit team that together creates an atmosphere where women of all ages can pursue the full, free lives God intended through worship, study, and conversation.

Facilitate connection and community by welcoming and hosting a small group of Cottonwood Members throughout the month. Each group gathers to grow in faith, and to have fun and fellowship.

Real Men volunteers will serve at the Real Men Bible Study, a twice-monthly gathering for men.  Volunteers may serve as greeters, or as table leaders to allow “iron to sharpen iron.”

The Response Team volunteers travel to minister comfort and care to those who may be: shut in, isolated, or hospitalized due to illness, injury, or incapability to travel.

Security volunteers serve to provide a safe and secure environment for all church attendees. Volunteers will be trained, placed on a team, and committed to serve one whole week of services each month.
