GriefShare is a 13-week, video-based curriculum that brings comfort, encouragement, and support to those going through the severe emotional trauma following the death of a loved one, by offering a structured process that facilitates healing from grief.

There is a $20 cost per person for the accompanying workbook materials.

Registration will be held at the door.

DAY GROUP
Meets: Every Wednesday from May 3 to September 13 (no meeting: July 5, July 12, in August)
Time: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Location: Katella Campus, Building A

NIGHT GROUP
Meets: 3rd and last Monday of the month (Dates may change for Holidays – check Night Meeting Schedule below)
Time: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Location: Katella Campus, Building A

GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays

The 2-hour seminar features practical suggestions and reassurance through video interviews from counselors, grief experts and other people who have experienced the holidays after their loved one’s death.

You’ll learn:
*How to deal with the many emotions you’ll face during the holidays
*What to do about traditions and other coming changes
*Helpful tips for surviving social events
*How to discover hope for your future
